Shouldn't have called that last entry weathering the storm...
David, you have NO idea how much the irony played when this came up...
holy shit. i just made a new posting that deals with a picture i posted a couple days ago of a bee sitting on a mushroom with the caption "you can weather any storm." then yesterday i wrote about the finnish school shooter who called himself the Storm Spirit! go check it out
My post "A View to a Kill" covered the school shooter...The Perfect Storm scenerio in motion.
November spawned a monster?
We shall see.
Thanks for the info.
What's totally crazy is that I wasn't even aware this is happening, and I live right on the coast of one of the effected areas.
Just goes to show what happens when you don't have a TV. There are flood warnings - but you don't hear about it until the tides come through the front door.
So, in the event of national emergency - what happens to those without a TV?
The English have a plan to abandon low lying areas that would cost too much to protect(telegraph) What about that tempest in the black sea?
Actually, we don't. From the highest levels, we don't.
Marcus,
Thats one of my ONLY problems with anti-TV people...staying informed of what THEY are up to is best done via that damn box. AS much of a waste as it is...it's a valuable tool in my mind in knowing what the hell is going on...as long as you are able to read between the lines, decipher the double-speak and inform yourself as much as possible from outside sources.
