Could it be a Satellite?
It really just looks like some kind of atmospheric disruption...caused by who knows what? Some kind of technology to be sure...I just am not buying the Russian missile story.

This Norway Spiral Light Show occurs just one day before Barack Obama, the Wartime President, goes to Oslo Norway, to accept the Nobel Peace Prize. A strange award, given to someone who has accomplished nothing, and who, just days ago, announced a troop SURGE in Afghanistan of an additional 30,000 troops. Strange … even in 3D illusory terms.
However, … maybe not so strange, as the Nobel Peace Prize is the gift of the Swedish industrialist whose fortune sponsors the Nobel Awards. Alfred Nobel was the inventor of DYNAMITE…
It looks like it's being projected from somewhere on the ground. Project "Blue Beam" or HAARP type antenna arrays? It's certainly not natural, or else we wouldn't be so freaked out!
