This is a very weird and disturbing road sign if you ask me^^
Its like saying " yeah we know all and everything about UFOs, but you actually dont have to worry about anything"

P.S Dislosure is wishful thinking.
Nothing will be "disclosed" unless it serves some kind of agenda.
Yes once they decide to disclose something, they are usually already finished with it. Or it no longer is an issue becasue either the people (sheeple) accept it or just decide not to care about it anymore because they think they can't do anything about it.
Also the Elite move on to bigger and better toys & expose the old.
