I think we can expect to start seeing a lot more of this...unlike the University of Florida incident (which I had issues with), students at UCLA actually seemed to care what was happening.
**Warning- this video is over 6 mins. in length, and is rather disturbing.

It appears to me that the use of tasers by POLICE are being used more for COMPLIANCE than a LESS-than-lethal WEAPON to SUBDUE an individual. The use of taser guns will most likely make lazy cops lazier and fulfill the desire of psychopathic cops who are bored to death with the billy club to inflict pain on people who disagree with their LAW.
In this video, it seems to me that the cops(people in elaborate customs) could have at least hog-tied and carried out the individual since he appears to have been already hand-cuffed, without repeatedly tasering him.
Could this be part of a PSY-OP?
Are the 'Powers That Bee' encouraging another civil war?
Sickening...and yet,
As long as the US War Machine remains unable to bridle Iraqi unrest, there is no danger of a full scale police state in the U.S.A.
Here is my logic.
Much more than a war over oil rights, the Iraqi action is a training ground to prepare forces to police the coming U.S. domestic disturbance.
Black Water kills civilians to set the example.
Not to worry though...
I mean don't youz guyz go to the movies?
The good guys always win. We just have to keep our cool.

Wiz:
I agree, and we see that Blackwater may be on their way home sooner than we think now...
My only problem with the happy-ending idea is that THEY'VE been feeding us happy endings as programming...they are after all only movies.
crackpot!
PSY-OP or TAZ-er (per David)
According to Alan Watt they do want civil unrest, and they know it's coming.
Hey Todd,
I practice forced optimism because I am afraid not to.
Consider the final emphasis of 'Dark City'. Just when the 'baddies' think they are delivering their most potent program, another message, embedded within their own science, turns against them.
My fingers remain crossed.
Peace
Oh, don't get me wrong Wiz...I'm not trying to be pessimistic just realistic.
My optimism comes from the idea that in the end, we win (I do think there will be tremendous loss along the way though).
You beat me to the post!
I thought of using this video as well. Connects with the other tasering episode in Florida. My cousin was attending UCLA when this occured, she says the campus police are just brutal bastards there and was glad to be done with her studies.
The police want conflict. It's a drug to them, IMO.
I agree that we will win in the end, just most likely we will not see that victory in our lives.
Peace, Joshua
