FUCK 'EM

Do Not let them get you down, ever!

Muse: THE KNIGHTS OF CYDONIA
Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh

(repeat, soprano)

Come ride with me,
Through the veins of history,
I'll show you how god,
Falls asleep on the job.

And how can we win,
When fools can be kings,
Don't waste your time,
Or time will waste you,

Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh

(repeat, soprano)

No one's gonna take me alive,
The time has come to make things right,
You and I must fight for our rights,
You and I must fight to survive,

No one's gonna take me alive,
The time has come to make things right,
You and I must fight for our rights,
You and I must fight to survive

(solo)

No one's going to take me alive,
The time has come to make things right,
You and I must fight for our rights,
You and I must fight to survive.

(solo to outro)

When they kick out your front door
How you gonna come?
With your hands on your head
Or on the trigger of your gun?

You can crush us
You can bruise us
And even shoot us
But oh ... the guns of Brixton

Muse are amazing, their name is very apt for the truths they speak. It was brilliant when he came out at Reading Festival wearing a t-shirt with Terror Storm written on it, spreading the message to the millions of viewers.

I did not know they were so heavily into this stuff until then, that video is stunning and the song is one of my favourites because it resonated so well with my views.

Great blog btw, very interesting stuff.

I really dig this song. First time watching the video though. Thanks for posting this.

Sadly, I missed Muse's performance at this years Lollapalooza.

This is the first song for my playlist when going for a run.
Totally makes sense that we all resonate with this piece.
The video and lyrics probably goes right over the walking deads' heads.
Peace, Joshua

Totally Kiz-ick Iz-ass.

Just plain uplifting.

On that note (uplifting) you might by interested in this essay by Krafchow on Mars and 420.

http://www.jewishbohemian.com/essaypages/420.htm

Basically, he says that the Martian influence is transliterate with a 'lofty' per-spective. Interesting.

Special Thanks for your recent personal encouragements.

I am in your service.
